The event “Let’s Talk About Anxiety!” was held on May 19th, 2023. It was part of mental health awareness week, with the theme being anxiety. @Samriti and @Rosanna, both mental health professionals, engaged in an open conversation during a live session. The purpose of the session was to help people understand the emotion of anxiety, gain insight into its impact, and learn effective ways to respond when it arises. If you’ve been contemplating anxiety and how it manifests in your life, you were encouraged to bring your questions to the conversation.
