The only thing permitted as per law is that information may be disseminated regarding the justice secured to any victim of sexual harassment under this Act without disclosing the name, address, identity or any other particulars calculated to lead to the identification of the aggrieved woman and witnesses.

3. Terms and Conditions for ‘Members’:
Section 4 of the Act which deals with constitution of an internal complaints committee (“the ICC”) by an organization states under clause (3) that the ICC must have one member from amongst non-governmental organizations or associations committed to the cause of women or a person familiar with the issues relating to sexual harassment. Rule 4 of the Rules further state that ‘person familiar with issues relating to sexual harassment’ shall be a person who has expertise on issues relating to sexual harassment and may include any of the following: (a) a social worker with at least five years’ experience in the field of social work which leads to creation of societal conditions favourable towards empowerment of women and in particular in addressing workplace sexual harassment and (b) a person who is familiar with labour, service, civil or criminal law.
The intention of the website is only to bring together such external members and provide them with a platform to discuss the law and the complications under it.

As stated above, you agree that Mental Health at Work may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, limit your access to or suspend your Mental Health at Work account, any associated email address, and access to Mental Health at Work. Cause for such termination, limitation of access or suspension shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) discontinuance or material modification to Mental Health at Work (or any part thereof), (d) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (e) extended periods of inactivity, (f) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or (g) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with Mental Health at Work. Further, you agree that all terminations, limitations of access and suspensions for cause shall be made in Mental Health at Work’s sole discretion and that Mental Health at Work shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to Mental Health at Work.
Termination of your Mental Health at Work account includes any or all of the following: (a) removal of access to all or part of the offerings within Mental Health at Work, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files, and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring of further use of all or part of Mental Health at Work.
15. Terms and Conditions with respect to ‘Shop’:
Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products and Services may change at Mental Health at Work’s discretion.
Please note that ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to Mental Health at Work. Mental Health at Work shall accept replacement of a product in case one of the following situations arise:
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Products was / were missing
- Wrong item was sent
- Wrong size of the item was sent
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any replacement. Buyer needs to raise the replacement request within 10 days from the date of payment realization. 16. Cancellation of Fraudulent/Loss to business Orders:

17. The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:

· Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification.

· Overuse of a voucher code.

18. Payments: While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
